Dose of Nature generally ships via DHL, USPS, and FedEx within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories, though other. International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be detailed as part collecting payment in the shopping cart.
All Dose of Nature products are legal within the United States and territories. Each country has their own rules and regulations and taxes related to the import of products into that country. It shall be the Customer’s liability to ensure that products ordered for international delivery meet the requirements for import into their country, as well as any import taxes and duties that may be incurred. Dose of Nature assumes NO LIABILITY for any products ordered which are held up in another Country’s Customs department for any reason.
As we are notified of issues with importing any of the Dose of Nature products into various countries, we will post that information to the product page in the shopping cart.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Customers from the United States and its territories who order ground delivery can expect to receive their order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. US customers may also select other shipping arrangements in the shopping cart for overnight, 2-day delivery as desired.
International orders are normally shipped by DHL or FEDEX and are normally delivered within 3-4 days, but depending on the Country, day being shipped, holidays, Customs clearance delays, some orders may take slightly longer. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers to check the status of the shipments.
Orders received after 1:00 pm Mountain Time in the US will be shipped the next business day. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday, except on US holidays. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at the time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hours. Many of our customers have their orders on monthly auto-ship. This is a convenient option if you plan to receive the product on a continual basis without the hassle of calling in your order every month. Auto-ship orders receive a discount, depending on the product. If you are interested in setting up an auto-ship order, please call customer service at 801-607-5096 and they will assist you. You may cancel your auto-ship anytime by calling our customer service agents. You must call at least 2 business days before your product ships to cancel without any fees being charged.
